Granddaughter Gets Tenant's Apartment

Landlord sued to evict tenant's granddaughter after tenant died. The granddaughter claimed succession rights. Landlord argued that the granddaughter wasn't listed on tenant's annual family composition records. But granddaughter showed that she had lived in the apartment periodically as a child and continuously since 2012. Witness testimony and bank records showed that the granddaughter lived with tenant for two years before tenant died. So she was entitled to succession rights.
