Court Inspects Tenant's Bathtub and Orders Correction of Violations

Tenant sued landlord and HPD, seeking correction of certain apartment violations. The court conducted an inspection at tenant's apartment and found that the bathtub wasn't stable. The court stepped into the tub and found significant bounce when walking from one end to the other. A squeaking sound was heard and water leaked in and out from a corner of the tub when stepped on. The court found that the tub wasn't properly placed and affixed in the bathroom. It also didn't drain properly. The court ordered landlord to correct six violations placed by HPD.
