Corporation Can't Recover Apartment

Landlord, a limited liability company, sued to evict rent-stabilized tenant to recover apartment for personal use of its member. The court ruled against landlord. Landlord appealed and lost. Under the Rent Stabilization Code, only a natural person can recover an apartment for owner occupancy. A corporation or LLC can't get the apartment for owner occupancy.
