Tenant sued landlord for negligence. She claimed that building security guards created a dangerous situation by ejecting from the apartment complex two teenagers who didn't live there and who were threatening a younger boy. Landlord asked the court to dismiss the case without trial. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. There was no proof submitted to support tenant's claim.
