Additional Items Were Unrelated to Front Door Installation

LVT Number: #23429

The DRA granted landlord's application for MCI rent hikes based on the installation of a new front door and vestibule entrance door. But the agency denied any increase for sidewalk repair, lobby area, and vestibule wall tiling and cement work in the courtyard. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord claimed that these items were related to the MCI. But landlord didn't show that any of these items were necessary work performed in connection with and directly related to the installation of the doors. This additional work was merely ordinary repairs.
